Executive Leadership Team
Daniel Bader, President/CEO
Dan Bader joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in early 2021, after over 10 years of executive experience in Defense-related companies specializing in engineering services, military aircraft sustainment and modernization, flight operations, manufacturing and production, as well as design and development. Before that, Dan served in the Air Force for 27 years in operational, test, and executive leadership positions and amassed almost 3,000 flight hours and 58 combat missions in fighter aircraft.
Brett Rogers, Vice President for Business Operations
Brett Rogers serves Duotech as Vice President for Business Operations. He joined the team in 2010 after earning his undergraduate degree from Cedarville University OH in Business Operations.
Brett began in Business Development and Contracts, then became Vice President in 2016. Since then, Repair and Production revenue have tripled due to the successful addition of dedicated subcontractor programs with major OEMs. Currently, he oversees manufacturing and repair services, production, and logistics as well as contract management, quality assurance, and program management.
Daniel Rogers, Jr., Vice President for Engineering and Product Development
Daniel Rogers, Jr serves Duotech as Vice President for Engineering and Product Development. He joined the team in 2007 after earning his undergraduate degree from Cedarville University OH in Electrical Engineering.
Daniel began as a company staff engineer, transitioned to managing engineering, and became Vice President in 2016. Currently, he oversees all engineering operations including product design and development and technical support services.
Stan Stark, Vice President of Business Development
Stan Stark serves as Duotech as Vice President of Business Development. He joined the company in 2016, after holding finance, operations and business development roles with large defense firms focusing on electronic warfare, electronic counter measures and radar. His main focus is centered on strategy and engagement with prime contractors and military end users for maintenance and upgrade of electronics systems.
Stan served 16 years combined with USMC, Navy, Army and Air Force with positions in terminal air support and military intelligence and also holds a B.S. in Business Management and M.S. in Operations and Program Management.
Rob Cox, Vice President of Business Strategy
Rob joined the company in April 2024 as Vice President of Business Strategy. Rob’s career includes 20 years of experience in the Defense electronics market in large and small businesses, leading global new technology development programs, international sales, and aftermarket support services teams sustaining mission-critical electronics systems for Defense platforms. Rob is a former U.S. Army Officer and OIFII Combat Veteran. He holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama, and an M.B.A. from Columbia College.
